Useful Information for all planning to visit Pantheon

NOTICE: Starting from July 3rd, it is mandatory to have an entrance ticket to access the Pantheon. After this initial experimental phase, we will update you on the new procedures.

Opening hours Pantheon

  • The Basilica is open all days from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (last entry 6.45 pm)

From 3 July 2023, the Pantheon is accessible only with the paid entrance ticket. Read more >>

Closed on: 1st January, 15 August and the 25th December.

Last admission 30 minutes before the closing time of the Pantheon

Times may vary in accordance with special religious celebrations.

How to reach us at the pantheon

The Pantheon is in Piazza della Rotonda, Rome.

BY UNDERGROUND

the nearest stop is Barberini (line A), about 700 metres from the Pantheon.

BY BUS

The buses n° 30, 40, 62, 64, 81, 87 and 492: get off at the Largo di Torre Argentina stop which is about 400 metres from the Pantheon.
